You will manage your own schedule, services, pricing, payments, products, marketing and client relationships.

Access + Amenities

Salon access is available Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Sif Salon is closed on Sundays.

Available days depend on the space and current rental schedule. If you rent a shared private room, your assigned days will be reserved for your exclusive use.

Rental includes:

  • Utilities

  • Wi-Fi

  • Shampoo area

  • Designated storage

  • Guest beverages and amenities

  • Refrigerator and microwave

  • Access to shared common areas

Each stylist provides her own tools, products, color, supplies and other materials needed for her services.

Sharing the Space

Every renter has designated storage for personal tools and supplies. Shared areas should be cleaned and reset after use so the salon remains welcoming for everyone.

The goal is simple: care for the space, respect one another’s schedules and communicate when something needs attention.

Rental Investment

Rental opportunities begin at $185 per week for a part-time station.

Full-time stations, private rooms and shared private-room arrangements are priced according to the space, schedule and current availability.

Professional Requirements

Stylists at Sif Salon are independent renters and must maintain:

  • A current California cosmetology license

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Any business licenses or permits required for their work

  • Their own scheduling and payment systems

  • Responsibility for their own taxes, supplies and business expenses

Rental at Sif Salon is an independent business arrangement and is not an employment position.
